With chunky heels, fur, and sequins galore,
it's time to put the spotlight on this seasons edgiest trend, leather jackets.
Style maven Rachel Zoe swears by leather jackets because of their
extreme versatility and has even incorporated them into her own fashion
line. I've never really thought of myself as a leather jacket kind of girl, but
with the vast variety filling our favorite fast fashion stores, it's sort
of hard not to fall in love with one style or another. I can
certainly appreciate the fact that a pair of skinny jeans and a white
tee can instantly be transformed into an edgy ensemble by simply adding
this one addition. Above I'm wearing a Forever 21 maxi in my favorite color,
plum purple, which I paired with my new H&M faux leather jacket and Fibi & Clo sandals, to add a little dazzle to the ensemble. If you're easily
intimidated by a black leather jacket or get visions of Cher while pondering
your purchase, opt for a more feminine style like an aged brown or
grey one. For you leather lovers try rocking ones with zippers, clip details
and even exaggerated shoulders for an extra punch. Below are some of my
